How To Guide: Exporting BillFin Invoices to CircleBlack Advisor

BillFin allows their Advisor clients using the CircleBlack-BillFin integration to export invoices generated in BillFin directly to the Document Vault in the CircleBlack Advisor platform.

In BillFin, once the fees have been generated for your clients, navigate to the “Invoices” page. On the Invoices page, select one, multiple, or all clients to generate an invoice (1) and then click the “Export PDF” button (2):

After the Invoices are generated, click the green “Client Portal” button to instantly export the invoices to your CircleBlack Advisor document vault:

From Billfin, click on “Engage” in the top-level CircleBlack Navigation menu and then click “Document Vault”:

At the Document Vault, you’ll see the invoices exported from BillFin:
